What We Do
Honest intel, no charge to you.
There are over 400 brothels, escort and massage operators in Sydney. Most promise big money. Most lie about how busy they are. We track who is genuinely busy, right now.
Most of us when we started had no idea which places to work at and had to try them one by one — a tedious, often time-wasting process. Some places are terribly run. Some are dodgy. Some simply aren't busy at all despite what they advertise.
We built Blackrose so nobody has to go through that blind. We have real networks and real data on what's genuinely busy right now, and we share that with you at no cost.
We own venues ourselves. But if we know you'll do better somewhere else, we'll tell you — because we earn a small operator-side commission regardless of where you end up, and we have no reason to mislead you.

How It Works

We listen, then match.
Everyone is different. We look at your situation, your strengths, your location and your goals — then we tell you exactly which shops are busy right now and which ones are the best fit for you.
You go in informed.
We handle introductions where needed. We're honest about what you can realistically expect to earn. We stay available if things change or a better option opens up.

Rates
Free for workers. Always.
For Sex Workers
We never take money from you or your earnings. Your pay at any shop is exactly the same whether you come through us or walk in yourself. Our referral does not affect your cut in any way.
For Operators
We charge operators a small fixed fee per job on our referrals — the same amount at every shop. This keeps our recommendations unbiased: we have no financial incentive to favour one place over another.
Other Consulting
For agent partnerships, operator advice, or any consulting outside the standard placement service. We already partner with most of Sydney's top 10 busiest shops.
